DE LA RUE

The planet has around seven years left before the damage from climate change becomes irreversible. With this in mind, my challenge was to design and create a series of environmentally-friendly bank notes for De La Rue, as a stepping stone towards saving our planet. At the same time, it was imperative to keep the function of these bank notes whilst highlighting the principle of responsibility in our actions. Using David Attenborough during his life as a symbol of the changes occuring throughtout the world, I have linked this to the 25 million Brits who would struggle in a cashless society, in particular the older generation aged 75-90.
